Out with the Old
The client's desire on this project was to get rid of all the old and outdated and to create a clean and bright space that better suited her. One of the top items on the list was to get rid of the awkward corner shower and build a more spacious shower with some elbow room. Another problem was the swinging of the door into the toilet space. This was corrected by modifying the framing and adding a pocket door that is out of the way, but can provide privacy when needed. As this is off the master bedroom, it's not frequently that the door need closed. While this bathroom has a small footprint, it now functions like a bathroom twice it's size.
