Flooring Two Ways
On this job the client opted to do the demo and disposal of their old floor themselves. This is a good way to knock-down the overall cost of the project.
Nearly the entire floor main of this home had new flooring installed. The client selected a couple of beautiful options that fit their lifestyle. Porcelain tile was placed in the high-traffic areas such as the entry and the kitchen. A warm-toned LVP was placed in the remaining areas that is sure to hold-up to the rigors of kids and pets.
A special touch was added in the entry with a custom inlay to provide the impression of an intricate rug. These clients preferred not to have a physical rug due to slip & trip concerns, but this provides a stunning focal-point as guests enter the home.
